This is a multi family idea for urban condos. In looking at the condo choices in central Denver, many were built in the 50’s and 60’s and sadly now look tired, are suffering from deferred maintenance, or are very dated. The idea here is to improve the appearance of the entry at a reasonable price. This is easily done with stone or ceramic screen walls to hide the “yards” of the first floor units and a new canopy. Obviously, new front doors and lobby improvements can also help tremendously. Based on our study, this treatment improves the value of the units by at least 10%.
