DESIGN IDEAS
This article is a collection of “what if” drawings that may apply to your project. Many are the result of trials presented to clients. (All names and locations removed) These trials illustrate a range of possibilities for a particular problem. For instance, choices for a master bath; how small can we make a space and still have it functional; how big is too big. Different looks for the same plan, variations on a theme, and so on.
INVESTMENT IDEAS
Like “design ideas”, this article is a collection of drawings which show solutions to typical house and small multi-family problems in new ways. These days, apartment rentals are high on the list. Shown are ways to sub-divide lots, create value with accessory dwelling units, and small multi-family buildings.
HOUSE PLANS
This article is a growing list of plans for infill homes and large lot homes. You can look here for ideas about your own home. You can’t use these plans to build from, but Landmarkk can adapt them to suit your needs.
