30,000 ft² St Louis
A National Historic Landmark, conversion of the old down town custom house into offices for the state legislature. As project manager. This was Steve’s final project as an employee. The building was published in national architectural magazines and won an AIA award.
5,000 ft² Denver
An historic landmark, the May D&F Tower was restored a second time after conversion to office condominiums. Landmarkk managed the architectural restoration of the gold dome, the cupola, the walkway, and the entrance.

In the Quality Hill Historic District, designed and converted a 1910 craftsman mansion into 4 condominiums.

Adjacent to the Humboldt Island Historic District, designed and converted a 1920 mansion into 6 luxury condominium units with a 14 space parking garage below.

In the Quality Hill Historic District, designed and built a new carriage house to blend with the nearby houses. The building was one of the first ADU’s in the city.

In the Lower Downtown Historic District, restored and converted a 1900 hardware warehouse building to custom luxury lofts and retail spaces at street level.

In the Lower Downtown Historic District, restored and converted the 1930 Franklin Furniture Warehouse into 36 luxury condominiums, all of which were custom units.

In the Lower Downtown Historic District, restored and converted the 1915 Studebaker Building into 24 apartments with retail (patagonia) at street level.

In Capitol Hill, designed and built an Historic Landmark mansion into 4 luxury condominiums. Added new units and a large parking garage off the alley in back.

In Capitol Hill, designed and built a National Historic Landmark into 6 luxury condominiums with a parking garage in back.
40,000 ft² Denver
In the Lower Downtown Historic District, submitted a scheme for renovation and conversion to 4 levels of condos with an open center court. Retail at street level. Our scheme was not selected, but it’s nice to be asked.
16,000 ft² Denver
In the Potter Highlands Historic District, designed an idea for the Talmage Building restoration and adaptation for 20 condominiums and street level retail.
10,000 ft² Crested Butte
In the Downtown Historic District, designed a new retail building to blend with existing adjacent historic buildings. Provided construction administration and coordinated with local historic committees.
60,000 ft² Denver
In downtown, provided budget rescue and scope revisions to keep the project on track.
4,000 ft² Denver
In uptown, renovated the dance studio and exterior of the Historic Shorter AME Church for the Cleo Parker Robinson group.
